DESCRIPTION

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, including accounting, compliance, and reporting. The role involves handling day-to-day bookkeeping, GST compliance, vendor and distributor payments, and ensuring accurate financial records. The candidate will work closely with leadership to support financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/Inter CA preferred). 6 - 9 years of experience in accounting, preferably in pharma or distribution business. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and Excel. High attention to detail and integrity.

DESCRIPTION

The Procurement Manager will manage sourcing and procurement of pharma products, raw materials, and third-party manufacturing partners. The role includes vendor identification, price negotiation, quality assurance coordination, and ensuring timely supply. The candidate will work closely with manufacturing partners and internal teams to maintain cost efficiency and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or related field. 8 – 10 years of experience in pharma procurement or third-party manufacturing. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, COA handling, and pharma supply chain processes. Detail-oriented with strong coordination abilities.

DESCRIPTION

The Sales Manager will lead and drive on-ground sales operations across assigned territories. The role involves managing distributor networks, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and guiding the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in pharma sales, including team handling. Strong understanding of territory management, distribution channels, and sales planning. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

DESCRIPTION

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting company products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals. The role involves regular field visits, building relationships, generating prescriptions, and supporting sales growth in assigned territories. The candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to execute on-ground strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate (Science or Pharmacy preferred). 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in pharma industry (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered). Good knowledge of pharma products and doctor engagement. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively.

DESCRIPTION

The PCD Pharma Franchise Business Manager will be responsible for expanding and managing the company’s franchise network across regions. The role includes onboarding new franchise partners, managing relationships, supporting partners with marketing and product knowledge, and driving sales growth through the PCD model. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and franchise partners.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate/MBA in Sales or Marketing. 8 – 10 years of experience in PCD pharma franchise business. Strong understanding of monopoly-based distribution models and franchise operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven ability to scale franchise networks and drive revenue growth.
